What it was designed for
AGV Smart Lift 1000 is a mouse-type lifting robot with a load capacity of up to 1000 kg and a height of just 240 mm. It transports loads in two variants, depending on the configuration.
In the first variant, the robot drives under a frame and carries it together with a load of up to 1 tonne. In the second, the frame is fixed to the floor; the robot drives under it, lifts only the load and sets it down on a second frame. In both variants, certified safety scanners protect a 360° area around the robot.
An optional remote control lets the operator steer the robot, for example in a buffer on the approach to the supermarket. It also allows the robot to be rotated by 180° to give access for unloading the container from both sides.
Once its work is done, Smart Lift 1000 returns to the automatic charging station. The robot's design also allows manual battery replacement.
- Robot and 3D scanner in one
- Scans the area in which it will operate
- Builds a 3D map of its surroundings as a point cloud
- Reads the map in real time
- New-generation lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries
- High efficiency
- Large capacity
- Durability and reliability
- Remote control
- Optional remote control with button sequences matched to the AGV stops on a given loop
- When you send a tow tractor with, for example, 6 trailers, you decide which lines receive the raw material or which lines it is collected from
- Second option — a line-side remote: press “Move on” to bring the AGV forward for loading and unloading
- You stay in control of the AGV, shorten distances and no longer have to walk kilometres along the milkrun
The vehicle builds a point cloud of its surroundings and moves without lines, magnets or floor markers.
Certified safety scanners, emergency stop buttons and audible and visual signalling. Compliance with the strictest EU standards.
EnerSys traction batteries or lithium-ion, automatic contact charging — selected to match the number of shifts.

Polish algorithm. Precise 3D LiDAR navigation.
A proprietary algorithm, developed by a Polish team, localises the robot without odometry or a GPU. Navigation requires no magnets, tapes, induction loops, reflectors, markers or codes in the floor.
