AGV tow tractors pull sets of logistics trolleys between designated points in the facility. They deliver materials to production workstations and collect finished goods on a recurring route.
AGV Tugger 5000 handles tugger trains with a combined trolley and load mass of up to 5,000 kg. It follows a designated route with successive delivery and pickup stops.
Selecting a tow tractor involves the entire train: trolley mass and type, how the trolleys are connected, aisle width and turns along the route.
Mouse AGVs move trolleys, platforms, pallets and containers between workstations. Depending on their design, they either tow the load carrier on its own wheels or lift it together with the load and carry it on board.
Towing: the vehicle drives under a suitably adapted trolley or wheeled platform and couples to it with a retractable pin. Variants with a rear coupling tow the trolley behind the vehicle.
Lifting and carrying: the vehicle drives under a suitably adapted platform, pallet or container, lifts the load carrier and transports it on board.
Model selection depends on the type of load carrier, its weight including the load, the dimensions of the whole set, access from underneath, and the pick-up and set-down method.

Complete Connectors are preassembled profile connectors for joining two aluminium profiles at right angles, in parallel or at any angle — without welding, drilling or additional machining. The connector slides into the slot of the first profile, its head engages with the second profile, and a single set screw locks the assembly. The result is a reusable, dismantlable structure that can later be modified or expanded.
Complete connectors are available for the 20, 30, 40, 45, 50 and 60 mm profile series — in galvanized steel, stainless steel (RVS) and grounding versions.

Joint Sets of the HJ series are ready-made kits for building the most common Ø28 mm pipe connections. Each set contains matched H-series metal joints and a complete set of screws and nuts — a single order line is all you need to build a complete structural node: a cross, corner or articulated connection, or a floor mounting. It is the most convenient way to order Pipe & Joint System components — no counting individual screws and no risk of anything missing during assembly.
Roller Tracks are used to build functional internal transport systems. Precision manufacture and carefully selected materials provide smooth movement of loads, stable operation and high durability of the structure.
Well suited to conveyors in factories, warehouses and assembly stations, they help move containers, cartons, parcels and boxes along a defined path. We can cut tracks to the specified length on request, and the system can be complemented with mounting brackets and side guides.
Metal Accessories in the F series extend the Ø28 mm Pipe & Joint System with workstation equipment: hooks and tool holders, hangers, stops, guides and fastening elements. Made of steel and bolted directly onto pipes, without welding or specialist tools.
They let you adapt a flow rack or transport trolley to a specific workstation: hang tools, route cables and limit the movement of containers. Accessories can be repositioned within the structure at any time.
Feet in the L series finish the legs of Ø28 mm pipe-system structures: adjustable feet with M8 or M12 threads for levelling racks and tables, protective caps, sleeves and mounting feet for permanent floor anchoring.
Adjustment levels the structure on uneven floors, while feet with mounting holes stabilize it permanently. Pads 30–90 mm in diameter distribute loads and protect the floor.
